Shipping & Returns


Shipping and Handling:
All items are carefully packaged in a bubble mailer or box depending on the item + fragile label will be displayed on the outside of the package.
International buyer is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs, including any tariffs and duties.
The tax will be collected when mail (UK Royal Mail) delivers your package. This is NOT additional postage -- it is collection of a Value Added Tax. You may NOT refuse to pay the tax on delivery.
We will usually ship out the items within 1 working day after receiving the payment. Please allow 7-21 working days to arrive, depends on destination.


Easy Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, simply follow our easy returns and exchanges procedure listed below.
1. Send return merchandise request within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. We will email you a return merchandise number (RMA) with instructions for sending back your return. Print out the return merchandise email and include it with your return. Returns must be received back to us within 14 days of when your package was delivered.
3. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2-5 days.

Just a few reminders about our returns:
1. Items Not Returnable: Returns on 2 or more pieces of the same jewelry, custom colored jewelry ordered, monogram cake toppers, veils, gold and rose gold items, and sale and clearance items (will say SALE in title of product).
2. All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, unless an exchange is being made (exchanges do not incur a re-stocking fee).
3. Returned items must be received back to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns sent back after the 14 calendar days, but before 30 days will be issued store credit. These must be pre-authorized. If a package is sent back after the wedding date, not been pre-authorized, or sent back after our time frame will not be issued a refund or store credit.
4. We suggest the package is sent back via an insured method. Lost packages or damaged items are not refundable.
5. All returns must be pre-authorized or package will be refused and returned to sender.
6. We regret that we can not accept returns after the wedding date.
7. Customer is responsible for return postage.
8. Shipping charges are not refundable.
9. Exchanges incur a $5 re-shipment fee.
10. Entire orders returned that qualified for free shipping will be charged a $5 fee.

Damaged Items
In the event that an item has arrived in damaged condition, we will cheerfully replace the item at our expense. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. We will make arrangements to have the package sent back and new identical item sent out to you.
In some cases, we may require a photo of the damaged item and/or a signed letter stating which item arrived damaged to provide to our insurance underwriters. We do not issue refunds for damaged items, we only replace the item with an identical one.
